Peer Reviewer Process

JTLI employs a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the academic quality, originality, relevance, and methodological rigor of submitted manuscripts. Each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening, including a plagiarism check, before being considered for external review. Manuscripts that meet the journal’s initial requirements are evaluated by qualified reviewers with relevant expertise. JTLI applies a double-blind peer-review model, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.
